STRETCH & ROLL CLASS DESCRIPTION
This class uses foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and bodyweight to elongate tight muscles and massage muscles you didn’t even know you had! The ultimate self-care class, a must for anyone looking to spend more time stretching.
