What first brought you to RIDE?
I first came to Ride in 2018 to embrace something new and try cycling for the very first time. Energized by the community and the workout, it has made fitness fun while keeping me accountable. I've found a journey through cycling that has been truly transformative!

Strength and resilience.....I have seen it time after time over the last few years at RIDE.... from clients, co workers, Deb, myself.... Also humor....I'm a sucker for potty talk and a good laugh!

Smoothies and acais of course. I literally couldn't wait to get home from Italy so I could have a proper green smoothie...it's sad and true.
What’s on your Bucket List?
Finding peace in the chaos of my mind. Oh...and running a marathon with both my kids who have no interest in doing that with me:)

Hmmmmmm, so many things...pretty much anything I can do that gets me to the point of sweating..I'm into!
