  • Strength: Weight Training and HIIT are designed to build functional strength, endurance, and stamina.

  • TRX: Suspension training to increase balance, build strength, and increase flexibility.

Our mission is to make exercise fun and transformative, fostering a sense of connection, belonging, and empowerment among our members.
