At RIDE Oakland, we’ve got more than cycling. Our Annex classes are the perfect complement to your ride, offering a well-rounded fitness experience:
Strength: Weight Training and HIIT are designed to build functional strength, endurance, and stamina.
TRX: Suspension training to increase balance, build strength, and increase flexibility.
Pilates: Core-focused workouts to enhance stability and posture.
